Pinfold & Co started off from the front room of a house in SeckfordStreet in June 1992, when "Co" was a dog called Barley!

Fifteen months later, the firm had taken on two employees and opened its first proper offices in Cumberland Street, Woodbridge, moving seven years later to The Thoroughfare and then in 2007 to the present with bright, modern offices in Deben Mill Business Centre.

The Beginning, a very good place to start

TONY PINFOLD

Partner and founder

Tony left Edinburgh University with a degree in mechanical engineering before serving an apprenticeship with Thornton Baker, now Grant Thornton.  After qualifying, he worked for Thornton Baker in Edinburgh, Deloittes in Southampton and Price Waterhouse in Brussels, before joining a firm of international commodity futures brokers and working variously in Brussels, Luxemburg and Geneva.  He returned to England and became a partner in John F Lucas & Co. in Bedford (now Miller & Co) for three years before establishing Pinfold & Co.  He enjoys cooking, walking, French food, French wines and real ale.  He spends too much of his spare time working on the house and then heads for the beach in the south of France or Catalonia to recover.

ANDY FULLER

Partner

EMMA GRAY

Partner

Emma started working at Pinfold & Co in July 2002 after completing a degree in Psychology at Leicester University and working at The Kings Head in Woodbridge.  She gained her ACCA qualification in 2006 after three years of studying.  Emma is a governor at Woodbridge Primary School which her children (aged 6 and 9) currently attend.  Emma enjoys an active lifestyle with her children when she is not in the office which includes running the Woodbridge 10km each year, regular circuit and step classes, racing with her partner around the country and trips to Europe cycling, wake-boarding and relaxing on the beach!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

EMMA POWER

Practice Manager

Emma started working for Pinfold & Co as the receptionist in June 2010 and has now progressed to Practice Manager.  Emma is also responsible for the majority of the payroll prepared in the office.  During the first few years of Emma working at Pinfold & Co, she also achieved a degree in interior design awarded by the National Design Academy.  Emma has a keen interest in painting so can often be found scribbling doodles and splashing paint in her spare time.  Emma intends to explore as much of the world as possible, and to name a few she has so far crossed Peru, Gambia and Egypt off the list.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 


DANI FITZWALTER

Receptionist

Dani is the newest member of the company and works on reception.  She’ll be ready to greet you with a nice cup of tea or coffee when you arrive at our office.  Dani joined us in March 2014, having returned to Suffolk after spending three years completing a degree at Camberwell College of Arts in London.  Outside of work she has a passion for cooking and movies, and can often be found planning a long weekend away with friends.

TASH BILLSBERRY

Accounts Assistant

Tash has been with Pinfold & Co for nearly 15 years.  She was employed as a receptionist and after a couple of years she started helping Andy with bookkeeping.   She then decided to go back to college where she completed her MAAT qualification.  For the past 12 years she has worked as Andy’s assistant.  Tash is married and has two boys (ages 4 and 2) who keep her very busy and in her spare time she enjoys running, going on family walks and socialising with her friends.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

CHARLOTTE LEECH

Accounts Assistant

Charlotte joined the company in July 2009 where she started off on reception.  She then decided to take on a more professional role and is currently working towards her AAT qualification.  In her spare time Charlotte enjoys running, cycling and chasing after her one year old son whom she is devoted to.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 


MEGAN LUCOCK

Accounts Assistant

Megan joined Pinfold & Co in June 2012 as our receptionist.  Shortly after, she realised her interest in accounts and seized the opportunity to join our team of accounts assistants.  Megan began working towards the AAT qualification in September 2013 and, once she has completed this, is hoping to progress on to becoming ACCA qualified.  Out of the office Megan enjoys shopping, reading, socialising and spending time with her family.

 

KELLY ALCIDE

Accounts Assistant

Kelly joined Pinfold & Co at the end of January 2014 when an opportunity arose whilst working for Pinfold Business Services.  Kelly has completed her MAAT qualification which she gained during her time with Pinfold Business Services.  In her spare time, Kelly enjoys Crossfit, cooking, spending time with her family of 2 young boys and enjoying fun times with her friends.
